I was a bit concerned since the property is unmanned, this meaning that there is no proper reception. However, I must say that my stay was pleasant with no drawbacks at all. There is a remote assistance service which is active 24/24, promptly responding to any questions, and the self check-in is really easy going. The property is located in a very nice part of the city, just a few minutes on feet from Union Square. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi works pretty well and I could even handle some videoconferences without any discontinuities or other issues. Overall, I would say definitely good for the price.

We had an enjoyable stay at Kasa La Manorca. The property is remotely managed which means you get a code to check in whenever you like. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located nearby to walkable tourist areas and felt safe. There was a fire alarm during our stay which meant we got an email alert whilst out, we rang to check what was going on and the remote staff were very helpful and made us feel like if we had needed anything they were on hand! Would reccomend!

It had a unique feel to it, and I loved it. The room and bed was spacious, everything was clean, and I had a great wardrobe. There was no issue with hot water in the bathroom and the tub allowed me to soak my bones after an extremely difficult day.

The communication with the staff was great, and they were super responsive. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was a huge plus, very well-equipped and great for those who want to stay longer in San Francisco and plan to cook sometimes. Also, the resting area was very comfortable. 😀 Before arriving, I read many things about the overall location. Personally, I think the location was great and it felt safe. Very close to Chinatown, shops, and bus and tram stations.

The check-in was super easy. The hotel is located in a fantastic area and we felt safe during our stay. The kitchen and laundry was great with everything that you need for your stay.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very clean and the facilities were nice. Price was very reasonable and affordable considering we stayed during pride weekend. Would stay here again in the near future.

We loved the simple check-in. We requested an early check-in which they made possible and we got all important codes and information at the right time. Location was perfect and our room was very spacious. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in when it comes to hotel stays.

Beautiful, historical building. Rooms were neat, window facing other historical buildings downtown. The kitchen area fully equipped. Common space was perfect for long working days.
